What is ABA Therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the most widely researched and recommended therapy for children with autism. It uses positive reinforcement to build communication, social, and life skills — at your child's pace.

How does ABA work?

ABA breaks complex skills into small, teachable steps. Therapists use play-based activities and positive reinforcement to motivate your child and celebrate every win.

Who provides ABA therapy?

Sessions are delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who designs and oversees your child's program.

What does ABA help with?

Communication, social skills, daily living routines, emotional regulation, and reducing behaviors that interfere with learning or safety.

Is ABA evidence-based?

Yes — ABA is endorsed by the U.S. Surgeon General and the American Academy of Pediatrics as an effective treatment for autism.
