Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lead clinical care for a small caseload of children. Build assessments, write programs, supervise RBTs, and partner with families.
- Active BCBA certification (BACB) — required
- Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 1+ year supervising RBTs preferred
- Strong family-coaching and clinical-writing skills
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician
Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in family homes. Run programs written by your BCBA, take data, and build real relationships with kids and parents.
- RBT certification — or willingness to complete training (we'll help you get certified)
- High school diploma / GED minimum; college coursework a plus
- Patient, playful, and dependable
- Reliable transportation
- Background check clearance
