HIPAA

Protected Health Information (PHI) shared during clinical care is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). A separate Notice of Privacy Practices is provided at the time of service.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share information only with our care team and, where required, with insurance providers to verify coverage on your behalf.

SMS / Text Messaging

Information we collect for SMS: When you provide your phone number through our contact form or during care coordination, we collect your name, phone number, and the content of messages you send us.

How we use it: We use your phone number solely to respond to your inquiry, verify insurance benefits, schedule assessments, send appointment reminders, and coordinate your child's care.

Who we share it with: We share information only with our internal care team and, when needed, with your insurance provider to verify coverage. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (877) 888-8740.

This website uses essential cookies required for the site to function. We may also use limited analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages visitors find useful so we can improve the site. Analytics cookies do not identify you personally.
